Lexington, KY (November 11, 2024) – A woman lost her life after a crash on November 11 on Winchester Road in Lexington. Responders were sent to the scene at around 6:00 p.m. Sources say the wreck occurred when the woman was struck by a vehicle. She was pronounced deceased on-site by the Fayette County coroner.
The victim was later identified as Angelina Wells, age 43, of Lexington. Authorities say the driver remained on-site and cooperated with authorities. Police continue to investigate the incident.
