Kentucky Car Wrecks
Car wrecks happen daily in Kentucky, with approximately 150,000 occurring yearly. Out of these, approximately 25,000 end in injuries and roughly 700 are fatal. Unfortunately, the majority of these accidents are preventable and caused by the actions of negligent drivers.
In Kentucky and the United States, driver negligence is the main cause of the majority of auto accidents. Every year, over 90% of auto collisions are caused by the actions of drivers who are distracted, speeding, or exhausted. These dangerous behaviors place not only the drivers themselves in risky situations, they also risk the lives of everyone else on the road.
When drivers are careless and inattentive, the risk of severe or fatal injuries rises immensely. For example, over 400,000 auto accidents happen per year due to the actions of drivers who are distracted while behind the wheel. If you or someone you love have recently been injured in a collision that you think was caused by a negligent driver, you should be able to recover without worrying about money.
