Kentucky Auto Collisions

In 2022, the state of Kentucky saw over 700 deaths related to car accidents. Yearly, the Bluegrass State sees over 150,000 auto collisions that cause injuries to tens of thousands of people. Sadly, most of these wrecks are preventable and caused by drivers who operate their vehicles while engaging in careless and reckless behaviors.

Some of the most common types of driver negligence in Kentucky in the United States today include intoxication, speeding, fatigue, and distraction. Driver distraction is currently the leading type of negligence seen on American roadways, causing over 400,000 collisions per year. Unfortunately, over 3,000 people are killed annually in crashes caused by distracted drivers.
