Kentucky Car Wrecks

Car crashes are one of the main causes of serious injuries and fatalities in the United States. Though driving is a quick and convenient mode of transportation, it is the most dangerous activity anyone engages in on any given day. Considerable amounts of force are exerted by fast-moving vehicles, especially when they crash. People who become injured in accidents often have their entire lives uprooted.

Accident victims may find themselves stuck in the hospital with painful injuries while they endure exhausting medical procedures in order to recover. The amount of time, money, and energy spent on recovering from a severe auto accident is astronomical. You should not have to face a situation like this on your own, especially if you are under the impression that your accident was caused by another person.

An auto accident attorney in Lexington can help you file a personal injury claim for financial compensation. It is against the law to drive negligently and impose injuries upon other people. Negligent drivers must be held accountable for their actions so they are less likely to place others at risk in the future. Careless driving is punishable by hefty fines and sometimes even jail time in the United States.

It is important for crash victims who have been victimized by negligent drivers to see profitable resolutions when they file personal injury claims for compensation. No one deserves to go broke paying for injuries that they did not cause.

Call the Byrnes Law Firm at 502-364-2500 as soon as you can to learn more about how we can help you recover. We work on contingency, meaning you pay us nothing unless you are awarded full and fair financial compensation for your injuries and losses.
