Louisville, KY (January 20, 2024) – One person lost their life and another was sent to the hospital following a collision involving a TARC bus and another vehicle in St Denis Saturday afternoon, according to information provided by Louisville Metro Police. Reports show the accident occurred in the 2900 block of Rockford Lane near Cane Run Road at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Officers say a passenger vehicle collided with a TARC bus. Two individuals inside the passenger vehicle had to be extricated by members of Louisville Fire and Rescue. One passenger lost their life at the hospital due to the extent of their injuries. The other remains in the hospital in serious condition, police said.
