Kentucky Car Accidents

Kentucky sees hundreds of daily auto collisions. More than 100,000 traffic wrecks happen there per year, causing tens of thousands of people to sustain injuries and thousands more to lose their lives. Each year, throughout the nation, millions of auto accidents happen. In fact, on average, the United States sees over 6 million traffic collisions per year.

In the past decade, driver negligence has become a serious issue in the United States. Exhaustion, intoxication, distraction, and speeding have all become hazardous and even fatal problems across the nation. According to the NHTSA, over 94% of reported auto collisions are caused by the actions of negligent drivers. Suffering injuries in a serious car crash can be a stressful and overwhelming situation for anyone. You may be stuck in the hospital away from your friends and family and unable to work which can cause you a lot of anxiety as you attempt to make a full recovery.

No one should ever have to worry about money at a time like this, which is why car crash attorneys exist. If you were recently hurt in a crash that you think may have been caused by a negligent driver, you may be eligible to collect financial compensation for the losses and damages you face.
