Kentucky Car Wrecks

Tens of thousands of auto accidents happen every year in the state of Kentucky. Unfortunately, most car accidents in the United States are caused by negligent drivers. Driver negligence has become a problematic nationwide issue, especially in the past ten years.

Those hurt in dangerous traffic collisions usually end up in the hospital. Medical care required to recover from severe auto accidents can be extensive, expensive, and exhausting. If you or someone you love were recently injured in a traffic accident, it may seem like your life has turned totally inside out.  The only thing worse than suffering injuries in a wreck is having someone you love go through a similar ordeal.

Yearly, the US sees over 6 million auto collisions that cause approximately 3 million people to sustain injuries and over 40,000 to lose their lives. In Kentucky specifically, on average, around 700 people lose their lives per year in fatal car crashes. In 2019, over 20,000 injury crashes were reported, and more than 800 fatalities related to car accidents.
