Kentucky Auto Accidents
Kentucky continues to experience a high volume of auto accidents on a daily basis. With over 100,000 motor vehicle crashes reported each year, the state sees tens of thousands of injuries and numerous tragic fatalities annually. Nationwide, the scale is even more staggering—over 6 million traffic collisions occur across the United States each year, making auto accidents one of the leading causes of injury and death.
A major contributor to this ongoing crisis is driver negligence, which has grown increasingly problematic in recent years. Whether it’s due to fatigue, distraction, intoxication, or excessive speed, the vast majority of auto accidents—more than 94%, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)—are caused by human error. Sadly, many of these crashes could have been prevented.
If you’ve been seriously injured in a collision, the aftermath can be overwhelming. You may be facing hospital stays, lost income, and emotional distress, all while trying to recover. During a time like this, you shouldn’t have to worry about mounting bills or legal headaches. That’s where having a trusted car accident attorney becomes essential.
