Scottsville, KY (February 3, 2025) – Police in Scottsville are currently investigating a deadly accident that happened on Sunday evening, February 2, in Allen County. The Allen County Sheriff’s Office sent troopers to the scene just before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Officers arrived at the 3400 block of Franklin Road where they found two vehicles that had collided. Preliminary reports show a Toyota Corolla operated by Charles Julian Jr, 44, was headed west on Franklin Road when it crossed the middle line and entered oncoming traffic. A ford Mustang, operated by David Parker, 40, collided with the Corolla, according to the report.

Julian was pronounced deceased at the crash scene. Parker was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center to be treated for injuries he sustained in the accident. Police in Scottsville continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
