Kentucky Traffic Collisions

Kentucky is no stranger to car accidents, seeing hundreds per day. Each year, the Bluegrass State sees more than 100,000 reported auto collisions. Approximately 25,000 people are injured in these wrecks per year while hundreds lose their lives. Unfortunately, the majority of these are caused by driver negligence.

Throughout the past ten years, negligent driving has become a serious problem across the country. Factors including distraction, fatigue, intoxication, and speeding highly contribute to these incidents. Information from the NHTSA shows that more than 90% of auto collisions in the United States are caused by negligent driving.
