Kentucky Auto Accidents

Car accidents are one of the main reasons people in the United States end up with serious or even fatal injuries. Every year, over 3 million individuals are hurt in traffic collisions across the nation, while more than 40,000 end up losing their lives. On average, the US sees more than 6 million reported auto accidents each year, over 90% of which are caused by driver negligence.

In Kentucky, hundreds of thousands of traffic accidents are reported annually. These wrecks cause tens of thousands of people to sustain injuries and hundreds to lose their lives every year. At this time, driver negligence is the most common contributor to the majority of Kentucky car accidents. Intoxication, distraction, and speeding are the most prevalent forms of driver negligence seen among drivers in Kentucky today.
