Kentucky Auto Accidents

In the state of Kentucky, there are approximately 150,000 car accidents that happen each year. About 25,000 of these end in injuries and about 700 end in fatalities yearly. On average, about 1,500 of these accidents involve motorcycles, which is about 1% of the number of statewide accidents per year.

The main cause of the majority of car accidents in Kentucky and across the nation is driver negligence. In the United States, driver negligence has become a serious problem, especially in the past ten years. Negligent driving can be displayed in countless ways, however, most of the time, motorists are traveling while distracted, fatigued, intoxicated, or at unsafe speeds.

If you or someone you love has been hurt in an accident caused by a negligent driver, you should contact an attorney who can help you recover. The only thing worse than being hurt in a traffic accident is losing a loved one the same way.

If you have lost a loved one in an accident caused by a negligent driver, you should work with a wrongful death lawyer in Laurel who can help you recover.
