Kentucky Car Accidents
Kentucky traffic accidents happen every single day. On average, the state sees approximately 150,000 traffic collisions per year. Approximately 25,000 of these end in injuries and over 700 end in fatalities. Unfortunately, most of these crashes are preventable and caused by the negligent actions of drivers.
Driver negligence has become the main cause of the majority of car accidents in the United States and throughout the state of Kentucky. Each year, over 90% of reported car accidents in the US are caused by negligent driving. Drivers who operate their vehicles while distracted, intoxicated, fatigued, or at unsafe speeds put their own lives at risk and risk the lives of everyone on the road.
