Richmond, KY (March 28, 2024) – One person lost their life in a head-on crash that occurred on an interstate in Richmond. The collision took place in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 near exit 87. Police report that a vehicle was headed north when it was involved in a head-on accident with another vehicle. An individual identified as 23-year-old Taylor Baltimore lost their life in the accident. They were pronounced deceased at the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital at 3:55 p.m. Authorities in Richmond continue to investigate.
