Lexington, KY (July 22, 2025) – Emergency crews responded Tuesday afternoon to a motor vehicle crash with injuries on inbound Tates Creek Road near the intersection of Rockbridge Road. The accident occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. and led to a full closure of all inbound lanes.
