Frankfort, KY (September 15, 2025) – A tragic multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 in Woodford County claimed three lives and left several others injured on Saturday night, September 13. The Kentucky State Police reported that the collision happened around 7:30 p.m. near the 61-mile marker in the westbound lanes.
