Hopkinsville, KY (November 14, 2025) – Three people went to the hospital on Wednesday, November 12, after a two-vehicle crash in Hopkinsville, located in Christian County. The collision happened when a vehicle driven by Andre Weaver attempted to turn from Cox Mill Road onto Eagle Way and collided with another vehicle driven by Stephanie Frazier.

Deputies arrived at the scene shortly after the crash and found multiple injured occupants. Frazier and her two passengers, Edna Grace and a juvenile, suffered injuries that required medical attention. Emergency responders transported all three to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment. Officials have not released updates on their conditions.

The roadway remained partially blocked as deputies directed traffic, documented the scene, and spoke with witnesses. Both vehicles had visible damage from the impact at the intersection.

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the crash to determine the sequence of events that lead to the collision.

We hope all three injured individuals recover fully and steadily.

Car Accidents in Kentucky Three Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Cox Mill Rd at Eagle Way

Car accidents like the recent one reported happen often across Kentucky, especially in areas where busy roads intersect with turning traffic. When one driver misjudges the speed or distance of another vehicle, even a simple turn can lead to a serious collision. Evening traffic, reduced visibility, and unfamiliar road layouts all increase the risk.

Recent reports show that intersections remain one of the most common locations for Kentucky car accident injuries. Drivers face constant hazards, including distracted driving, speeding, and failure to yield. Even a low-speed collision can cause injuries that require medical evaluation, imaging, time off work, and ongoing care.

Families struck by sudden injuries often turn to a car accident lawyer to help them understand their options. After a crash, victims may face:

  • Medical bills and ongoing treatment
  • Lost income from missed work
  • Transportation challenges
  • Emotional stress and physical pain
  • Insurance companies pushing for quick, low settlements

A knowledgeable attorney can guide victims through this stressful period. Legal support can make a significant difference by collecting crash reports, speaking with witnesses, gathering medical documentation, negotiating with insurers, and fighting for full compensation.

Accident victims may be eligible to recover damages for medical treatment, lost wages, property damage, pain and suffering, and long-term care needs. Kentucky law places time limits on filing personal injury claims, making early action essential.
