Traffic Accidents in Kentucky

Traffic accidents, especially those involving large vehicles like school buses, can lead to serious and life-altering injuries. Victims of these accidents often face medical bills, property damage, and emotional stress in the aftermath.

Many accidents occur due to:

  • Running traffic signals: Drivers who fail to stop at red lights or stop signs increase the risk of dangerous collisions.
  • Distracted driving: Using phones, eating, or engaging in other distractions while driving can prevent drivers from noticing other vehicles or pedestrians.
  • Speeding: Driving over the speed limit reduces reaction times and can increase the severity of accidents.
  • Impaired driving: Alcohol or drugs significantly reduce a driver’s ability to operate a vehicle safely, leading to severe crashes.
