Lexington, KY – 3 Hospitalized After Serious Two-Vehicle Crash on Tates Creek Rd

Lexington, KY (November 25, 2025) – Three people went to the hospital on Monday, November 24, after a serious two-vehicle crash on Tates Creek Road. Lexington police said the collision happened around 6:35 p.m. near Charleston Gardens Boulevard. Officers and emergency medical crews rushed to the scene after receiving calls about injuries and vehicles blocking the roadway.

When first responders arrived, they found two heavily damaged vehicles in the travel lanes. Crews treated several victims before transporting three people to a local hospital.
