Lyon Co., KY – Fatal Two- Concrete Mixer Truck Crash on KY Hwy 94

Lyon County, KY (March 24, 2026) – A serious crash involving two concrete mixer trucks left one man dead on Monday, March 23. The accident happened around 7:20 a.m. on KY Highway 94, just east of the KY Highway 564 intersection.
