Bowling Green, KY - Serious Truck Accident on I-65 Near Exit 20

Bowling Green, KY (December 10, 2025) - A serious crash on Interstate 65 near Bowling Green sent one driver to the hospital by air on Tuesday, December 9. Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower said a vehicle and a semi truck collided near Exit 20. The impact left the driver of the smaller vehicle with severe injuries.

Deputies and emergency crews responded quickly after the collision. Paramedics stabilized the injured driver at the scene. Because of the seriousness of the injuries, a medical helicopter flew the driver to a hospital in Nashville for advanced care. Officials have not released the driver’s name or age.
