Elizabethtown, KY (September 26, 2024) – A woman lost her life after an accident in Elizabethtown on Wednesday evening, September 26. Reports show the incident occurred at the intersection of Ring Road and Dixie Highway just before 7:30 p.m. Initial reports concerning the crash show a Chevrolet pick-up truck and a Hyundai headed east were involved in the accident. The man driving the truck and his passenger, identified as a juvenile, were transported to Baptist Health Hardin and are expected to survive. The woman driving the Hyundai sadly lost her life.
