Lexington, KY (October 2, 2024) – A person identified as Terry Coyle, 61, lost his life in a car crash in Lexington. Reports from authorities show the head-on collision occurred when a dump truck lost control on Stamping Ground Road and became involved in a wreck with another vehicle. One other individual was transported to the hospital with injuries, however; They have not currently been identified. Police in Lexington continue to investigate.
